ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Ed Penrod from Hocking County will serve as President of the Muskingum Valley ESC Governing Board for 2023. Penrod was selected January 9, during the Muskingum Valley ESC Governing Board’s Organizational Meeting. Brian Hill from Muskingum County will serve as the board’s vice president.
The Muskingum Valley ESC’s Governing Board consists of seven members from Coshocton, Hocking, Morgan, Muskingum and Perry counties. Other governing board members include Robert Doughty from Coshocton County; Sharon Slowter from Morgan County; Dr. Barb Hansen and Larry Good from Muskingum County; and Michael Smith from Perry County.
