Mental Health & Behavior Services

  • Individualized care plan developed and implemented by a LISW
  • Restorative approach to build relationships and foster interpersonal growth
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst on staff to assist students and guide Behavior Technicians
  • Terrace Metrics will be used to measure, monitor and manage student resiliency and
    behavioral health

Academics

  • Licensed Intervention Specialist will follow Ohio’s Learning Standards
  • One on one, small group and whole group instruction
  • Differentiated Instruction – Personalized strategies to support each learner’s unique
    strengths and challenges
  • Trauma-Informed Approach – Safe, supportive, and responsive teaching to foster student
    well-being and success

Compliance

  • Ensured comprehensive support for IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Confidentiality & Student Privacy – Upholding strict confidentiality policies in accordance
    with FERPA and other applicable regulations
  • Data-Driven Accountability – Monitoring program effectiveness through ongoing
    assessment and evidence-based interventions

Wrap Around Services

  • Parenting classes will be offered to empower families with strategies for supporting their
    child’s growth and success
  • A Lunch Buddy Program, where students connect with influential community members for
    mentorship, guidance, and encouragement
  • Collaborative support network with outside agencies that are involved in the student’s care plan
