MVESC Discrimination, Harassment, Bullying, Violence Compliance Officer Information

MVESC students, parents and employees are hereby advised that, if they feel they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origination, sex (including sexual orientation and transgender identity), disability, age, religion, military status, ancestry, genetic information or any other legally-protected category; or

If the above-mentioned groups feel they have been discriminated against on the basis of a violation of equal education opportunity, or a violation of Section 504/ADA Prohibition Against Discrimination Based on Disability; or

If the above-mentioned groups feel they have experienced any form of unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment; or

If the above-mentioned groups believe a student has been harassed, intimidated or bullied, which includes aggressive behavior, physical, verbal and psychological abuse, sexual violence, and violence within a dating relationship, whether by other students, staff or third parties, at any activity of the MVESC, including activities on school property, on a school bus or while enroute to or from school, and those occurring off school property if the student or employee is at any school-sponsored, school-approved or school-related activity or function;
