In general education, related service personnel are known as Specialized Instructional Support Personnel (SISPs). Participants will learn about how Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) recognizes the importance of SISPs and the value of supporting students and teachers in general education using a tiered approach to early intervening. Tiered Intervention learning activities will include resources, focused discussions, practice examples, and small group work.
